The clinic is appreciated for its straightforward, helpful service and the vet's ability to get to the heart of any issue efficiently. While some may find the bedside manner straightforward, many value the honest and caring care provided. The clinic’s focus on personalized, affordable care makes it a trusted choice for pet owners in the area.
Excellent herpatologialcal care - knowledgeable and no nonsense - just right care and good education. Same for our canine pets - one end of life and one rescued from another owner who placed the dog at risk. Staff helpful and compassionate during the loss of our schnauzrr.
I brought my 9 month old bearded dragon in to him today because I was concerned about his irregular bowel movements and the way his mouth looked inside. He was very direct, straight business, no nonsense, to the point. He definitely knew what he was doing. I appreciate all of that. Even gave me some tips and what else I could do for my Beardie. Prices were excellent. $40 for an exotic animal visit is excellent. I definitely recommend him.
Aslan has been treated here since I moved to Abilene. The prices are excellent and I'm completely satisfied with the service. If you are sensitive to direct speech and getting down to business, this is not the vet for you. He DOES warm up the more familiar he gets with you. I don't see Aslan being treated by another vet unless move from Abilene.
