Steve Morrow and Jacob bailed out our office by getting us an ink cartridge on the fly, when we realized our printer wasn't sending automatic orders. They always go above and beyond to help us. There is no better example of service than those two.

I LOVE not fighting with printers anymore! Benchmark services our Xerox and provides help when we need it. We have fought with printers for years, and we have long had fantasies of destroying one (a la the movie Office Space). Our Xerox doesn't give us such fits, and if we ever struggle, Benchmark is there to make it easy. Excellent service!
