Dropped off a laptop that I Dropped and needed to recover the files from the hard drive. He was unable to retrieve the files due to the drive being damaged. He directed me to someone who could help. He charges no fees for diagnostic work. I support this business.

I have taken a couple of my computers their for either simple tasks to diagnostic and have always had good service at a great price, they also have good prices on used and new parts!

I had some issues with my laptop, the man at the counter was quick to assist me. He quickly figured out what was wrong, and offered a solution. He was also able to help me with the keyboard and mouse I needed. I highly recommend this established.
