Thank you Casey, for restoring electricity and warmth to our home on a cold cold day. You guys are the best! To say Victory Electrical went above and beyond to get us up and running again is understating the level of service this company provides. They went out of their way to try to save us the unnecessary expense of a service call by trying to troubleshoot over the phone. When I placed my initial call to report flickering lights accompanied by a crackling sound in the wall, Cynthia suggested I first call AEP to see if they were doing any work in our area. Connor with AEP was at our door in minutes. Not finding any problem at their end, I called Victory Electrical again. Casey called back right away. And, when guiding us over the phone didn’t work, he was here in a flash. By this time it was near the end of the work day and he didn’t have the parts he needed. He went back into town and returned with Kyle in tow even though we live 20 miles out of Abilene. He even called Connor with AEP and asked him to return in case he was needed. We highly recommend Victory Electrical for any and all electrical needs. They are professional, courteous and affordable. That’s who we will be calling on in the future!
