I just had my second massage with Katy and it was great. I’ve been suffering with a lot of pain in my shoulders and hips. Come to find out, all the pain stemmed from my muscles. Katy has taken the time to explain how the muscles work and what I can do to work them without it being “exercise “. She’s GREAT!
