Great customer service and genuine care shown by Mikayla when I came in for some hair advice. I didn't have an appointment. I had walked in for make up (which she also helped me with finding) and since she had a few minutes free from other appointments chatted with me about my hair. She gave me bomb advice on how to care for it and suggestions for my next cut. Im so excited so one actually listened to me and her suggestions were exactly what I was thinking. I cant wait for my next appointment with her!

I came into the store last week looking for a fragrance for myself and a gift for my friend. Luckily Ryan was working in the fragrance department. Not only did she suggest the perfect fragrance but she was also knowledgeable about the latest scents! She was a life saver! Much appreciated Ulta!
