“Well, this was a great experience. The building and office is new, bright and very clean. Aspasia was very professional and welcoming. We discussed my concerns and then she started. She took her time, and we discussed potential future needs. Atmosphere was very comfortable and VERY clean. Chair warmed and she offered me a blanket if I needed one. I left feeling pampered. We chatted during my appointment, she took cues off of me, and if I fell silent she did too. You know sometimes you're chatty, sometimes not. “I walked in on my birthday, Sunday August 10th and Mikayla came up and greeted me. I asked her the price and showed her the picture of what I wanted. She took my phone and showed one of the other ladies there and that lady said she didn’t want to do it because she didn’t want to mess up my hair. (I was wanting to go from really long to super short hair.) Mikayla told me she could do it but didn’t have any openings. She said she would take my number down and call me if there were any openings. I live in a different town about 45 minutes away but I made the trip to Abilene to see where I could get a cut. So I go walking in the mall to see if there are any other places there that could cut hair. Not too much time has passed and I get a call from Mikayla saying there was a cancellation and I speed walk back to ulta. She said I didn’t need to show her the picture again. She knows what I wanted. She took her time and did an AMAZING job! Even better than I was expecting. I love it! The only thing I was confused about was I paid $57 for full service and didn’t get a hair wash. I’m still very happy with my hair and the job she did! She was extremely nice and we chatted and even made some jokes. Thank you Mikayla! I know who I will schedule with when I need a cut again!“
