I had an excellent experience during my eye exam. Diamond was extremely pleasant and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Dr. Shanks was kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Ariel was also very nice and incredibly helpful while I picked out frames and lenses, making sure I chose what worked best for me. The entire team made my visit smooth and stress‑free. I made a scheduling mistake and showed up with all four of my kids, but only one of them actually had an appointment. 🫠 The office staff was kind and began to problem solve immediately. They were able to fit all of us in and arrange for contacts and glasses all before lunch! Dr. Shanks and his staff are wonderful!

Dr. Shanks and his staff were very friendly, and professional. I felt very comfortable and they explained everything to me including insurance benefits. As well as showing me how my eyes are doing. I am so glad I came to see them today.
Although they don't have a huge selection of frames they are very knowledgeable about the plethora of different eyeware and brands.
Both Ariel, and the other person with half pink hair (I'm sorry I didn't get your name) were both wonderful and pleasant.
I will definantly recommend Dr.Shanks and his team to my friends and family.
