The masseur's massage is very serious and memorable. I go to him once a week for a massage. The woman below, Jessica Pietsek, I read your convoluted messages, and it turns out that you didn't tip the massage therapist after you got the massage you wanted. The following message is the result of the masseuse reminding you to pay the tip, which caused you to become angry, which led to revenge, is that correct? I'm ashamed of you. You're a disgrace to an American lady

Pluses- They do great body work for a reasonable price- You can get some TLC on the fly when running errands. Negatives-Chatter between staff when you are receiving services- timers going off and reset- background noise from the mall- they pretty much expect a tip! That much said I go at least once a month and plan on tipping.

I'm just going add in here since I'm reading all of these negative reviews. I have been coming here for years and I have only had one bad experience and it was the end of the day and I could tell she was exhausted, but for those of you claiming that the chair massage was too rough, it's an acupressure massage, not a regular massage, acupressure is not intended to be relaxing it's meant to be affective. With that being said, I know from experience that all you need ito do is ask them to be softer and they will, if you don't tell them how are they supposed to know? I love this place!!
