Office staff were very sweet, and good with my kid. The NP was also kind, but was in such a hurry she didn't listen to kid's heart, lungs or look in his throat. She did try to clean out the earwax to take a look at his ears, but was unsuccessful, so we really didn't get an answer about whether he had an ear infection. Ear candling was recommended for my 4 YEAR OLD. Junk science and I am not lighting a candle near my hyperactive kid's head! Ear infection is still not resolved.

I have used this urgent care on. 2-3 occasions. It is professional and well managed. Staff and medical personnel are always professional and prompt. I drove across town to use this particular urgent care service, even though several others are closer.

Suzanne and her staff were amazing. Very professional and very well informed of met modern medicines techniques. I would highly recommend going to see them. I really wish you had her own practice I would make her my primary care provider
