The barcode on my car to enter the wash has never worked properly since I first got it. The employee at the entrance replaced my sticker in a different place to see if that works better in the future. He also removed the old barcode & cleaned the residue from my windshield. I thought that was very cool & a bit above & beyond & I appreciated it!!

Decent wash, but like many automatic washes, it has its blind spots. The vacuums, which are free, are great! Bottom line, if you're willing to spend a little time and effort, you'll come away happy.

The staff is always friendly and very helpful. Today was an exceptional experience! The team member who guided me into the car wash was friendly. We gave each other a toast with our cups. He initiated it, but didn’t have to so that was awesome! The wash is always excellent as well. My car always looks clean and shiny after going through it. I would recommend Mister Car Wash to anyone!
