I paid for full volume and got classic. And half of them were gone by 3 days even after i followed their cleaning instructions. I came in for a fill a week after my full set. All the lashes for the fill were gone within 24 hours. Then the owner blamed me for the quality of her products after I asked for a refund. This isn’t my first time having lashes. I’m not a newbie and I’ve never had this problem before. Think long and hard if you’re willing to waste your money on their services because they will guilt trip you into not getting a refund. Mind you I didn’t ask for a full refund. I paid 250. Only asked for 50 for the fill but it was non negotiable.
