Joann was incredibly responsive to our call for immediate assistance. Austin & David showed up quickly and got our septic emergency under control fast. The entire experience is by far the best customer service I have ever had with a service company. I would highly recommend Key City septic and their team of professionals!

Family owned Christian Company with impeccable service and professional employees. Tough job out here in ranch country where several others will not bother to comp out PLUS they have fully equiped trucks!

I was helping my parents with a septic issue (toilet flushing VERY slow, if at all) and we realized the tank was full. My parents called a company (NOT Key City) and the people said they’d be out first thing in morning. By lunch I got I got involved. I spoke to Jo Ann at Key City and she was perfect. It just so happened that they had a cancellation and their crew was there in LITERALLY an hour. Went right to it and emptied the tank…*HERE IS WHY I’M LEAVING A REVIEW*… The toilet still wasn’t flushing. Wasn’t their fault so I said my dad and I would work on finding the problem.
