I cannot express how happy I am with this service. Not only are they fairly priced and do quality work, but they are beyond what one could expect for customer service.
I had an event for which I dropped off a suit to be cleaned. My person to pick up the suit fell through and I didn't end up with my suit for the event when I went to get ready.
Panicked, I reached out to every means of getting ahold of them possible, begging for the chance to grab it despite them being closed. They came through!

There was a problem with a wedding dress being picked up Accidentally by the wrong person. When my daughter showed up to get her dress and it was missing other workers and the owner came in. I called Crystal from Wildfire Alterations if she could be there too for my daughter.
When my husband and I got there The owner, Manager and Crystal were looking for the dress. Then the woman who can look at the camera came and looked at what time the dress was picked up and then watched the cameras.
They found the dress.
The gentleman was able to bring the dress back and pick up the correct wedding dress his new wife had cleaned.

this is our go-to place for cleaning my dress shirts and suits. the do a great job and we have used them for several years. they also have an online coupon for a little discount. very friendly people...very professional.
