Many clients opt for a combination of online and in-person training, allowing them to create a sustainable plan while achieving maximum results. Sierra Norwood is available upon request for ladies who prefer working with a female trainer privately.     Coach Jordan is an absolute legend! I’ve trained with a bunch of trainers over the years, but none of them compared to Jordan. He’s super knowledgeable and really easy to work with. I learned more about weightlifting, diet, and cardio from him than any other trainer I’ve ever had. He creates a custom workout and diet plan for each client based on their needs and goals. I trained with Jordan in person for a few months until I moved for work. But I was able to switch to a remote program and keep making progress and achieving my health and fitness goals. Whatever your fitness goals, Jordan will help you get there.

    Jordan has been training me for over 5 years. Every session is a challenge and I continue to learn from him everyday. I definitely would never push myself on my own if it wasn’t for him giving me the confidence and the ability to do so. There are days when I have zero gas in the tank and he still pushes me to do my personal best!
