I just wanted to give a big Thank you for the great care and friendly service you gave my son today. Y’all are amazing!! From the front office staff, to the nurse and practitioner who treated his burnt hand. Thank you. We will definitely recommend the Hendrick urgent care on Buffalo Gap road.
My visit to this clinic was very accessible. Online registration easy to navigate. Samantha was kind and helpful. NP was down to earth. I also learned that if I had more issues I could call back and see if they could help me.. When your out of state this can be a little stressful.
I went in the morning and there were about five people ahead of me. The receptionist suggested making an appointment in the afternoon. I showed up in the afternoon and was seen right away. NP. Bachman and her MA were great. I was prescribed some medicine and feel much better only two days later. I will go to Hendricks Urgent Care again if needed in the future, Thanks!
