Based on the reviews, Hendrick Clinic Cardiology is a good place with very understanding, very nice staff and no long waits. Patients have received phenomenal service from employees, including great PAs, a phenomenal crew for stress tests, and a loved care team including the cardiologist, PA, device clinic personnel, and the ladies in the Coumadin clinic. The staff is very professional and helpful; when an elderly friend fell, they came out to help and called an ambulance. The clinic is very thorough and attentive, with a pleasant experience noted by first-time visitors. However, some patients have an issue with the current management team for forcing employees to take down personal momentos, making the environment feel clinical and uncomfortable. Despite one bad experience at the check-in desk, patients express deep gratitude, stating they could not have received better service.
Dr Stafford and his nurse Janessa were very patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. They didn't rush me at all, and answered every question I had with compassion. I felt both of them went above and beyond. This is the start of a different health journey for me. And I'm not the least bit nervous about coming back to this office. The staff has been wonderful! Even the receptionist Chrysette was super friendly and got me checked in quickly. I love that she was the first person I made contact with. She immediately relieved nerves for me.
Could not have received better service or better employees, had stress test performed today and this crew is phenomenal! I thank them from the bottom of my heart!, No pun intended ❤️
I absolutely love my care team. I love my cardiologist, and his PA., the personnel in the device clinic, and especially the ladies in the Coumadin clinic. I’ve only had one bad experience with one person at the check-in desk ( and I am not going to let that one bad apple spoil the whole basket).
However, I do have an issue with the current management team. They have forced employees to take down personal momentos ( Many of which were given to them by clients such as myself). I happened to enjoy the personal touch and individuality in treatment rooms. Where once it seemed you were going to see a friend who was taking care of you now it is so clinical.
