I couldn’t recommend the stylist at Halo enough! I had someone ruin my hair, I was at the salon for 7.5 hours and my highlights were chunky, there were bleach l bleed marks and she left the highlights about 1-2 inches away from the roots of my hair. It was a complete mess and looked terrible. I contacted Kattie at halo and told her what happened and her and Courtney got me in the next day and did an amazing job fixing my hair. They went above and beyond to fix what the other stylist had messed up , I left the salon looking like my hair had never gotten messed up!
