She guided us with professionalism and genuine care, making the selection process smooth and stress-free.

The installation was handled by two incredible teams—Wayne’s team took care of all the bedrooms, while Danny’s team completed the hallway. Both teams were professional, efficient, and paid great attention to detail. The quality of the carpet is fantastic—it looks beautiful and feels great underfoot.

We just purchased new vinyl plank and carpet from Callaway’s. We originally planned to get bids from several vendors, but Rhonda made us so comfortable and we found exactly what we wanted! The guys did a beautiful job installing it all, and the one concern we expressed was dealt with cheerfully and to our satisfaction. If you need new floors, go to Calllaway’s! Ask for Rhonda — she’s the best. ?

Callaway Carpets just completed work on the floors throughout our entire house. We love them! Rhonda was so helpful in directing us on the type flooring we should use and was so patient in helping us pick out the correct color! The install team was very professional and timely and efficient. They got the job right on schedule and we would highly recommended Callaways to anyone needing new flooring!
