Boyd Fence & Welding was chosen to install a Child Safety Fencing around our pool. Once completed I had a couple of issues regarding the gate. Due to prior experiences with Other Companies I was dreading expressing my dissatisfaction., HOWEVER, after contacting the company, even though it was raining they immediately sent out Foreman, Mark, to see and discuss the issues. I couldn't ask for a better guy; Mark totally understood my concerns. Mark was back the next day and ALL ISSUES were Resolved. THIS WAS TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Would I hire this company again? YES!! We recently had a fence installed at our new office, and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, easy to work with, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. You can tell they take pride in their work because the quality and attention to detail really stand out and the result looks great. It’s not always easy to find contractors who deliver both great service and great workmanship, but they did. Highly recommend them to anyone needing fencing work done!
