My only issue was when I tried to call. I called a few times different days for my test results and a bill, and the one time I actually reached a real person, they said it wasn't their department and sent me elsewhere. It rung maybe once or twice and then went to the beeping. I would definitely recommend them for their services, but the phone stuff needs to get sorted out“
