Fell off of a step ladder new year’s weekend. Checked in around 10am on the 2nd, smooth process. Was looked at within 15 minutes. X-ray confirmed broken rib. Was out the door by 11:30am. Great staff, friendly doctor. I’ll go again if I have any urgent conditions.
My experience was good the person out front was very nice, the nurse was very nice, and the actual one on call was very nice and all were friendly courteous. Wait time was great. The only thing , I had to make two visits to get the correct diagnosis. Which was COVID. Would have been great to have started treatment a day sooner.
Went in for a sinus infection got prompt service and everyone was very polite and courteous and seemed to be interested in helping me. Wait time was less than 30 minutes after sign in due to several ahead of me.
