I had a great First visit today. I was late getting my insurance info to them but they were gracious and the office staff fixed a problem with my insurance with no complaints. My hygienist (Jennifer) was amazing and so was Dr. Sanford. Everyone was so pleasant and the office seems very organized. I'll be back in 6 months.

This is the most outstanding chiropractor I have ever been to. Dr Banning is more than a professional - he has dedicated his life to this. not knowing the man prior to being treated here, upon my very first visit, it was clearly his passion. He is incredibly knowledgeable, but more importantly, insanely intuitive. His hands seem to feel other's pain, and then they magically make it all dissipate. He sets the standard for chiropractic care, and the bar has been lifted dramatically
Community Eye Care has a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr. DeHaven is very personable and you can tell he cares for his clients, as well as his community.

Had the hardest time finding someone willing to cut my almost 2-year-old’s hair — until we ended up at 31W Barber Shop. This man was an absolute saint. He spent over an hour and a half patiently working with Grayson, stopping along the way to let him walk around and calm down when needed. When he finally finished, he told me it was just $20. I was shocked — it took nearly two hours! He just smiled and said, “Haircuts are $20 no matter how long they take.” I paid him double because his kindness and patience were beyond generous. HIGHLY recommend this place! ??♂️

I’ve always had nightmarish experiences when going to the dentist and after spending a few years, avoiding them, I met my now, gorgeous wife who told me to try her dentist, Dr. Griffin, First off when you enter the building, you’re greeted with a calm experience and presence, warm and caring staff #iykyk and even behind the scenes, you get the feeling that the people that work in this building, treat their patients with care and want them to have a wonderful experience.
Now, down to the procedure of it all, each time I’ve had to be numbed for a procedure. Three times I think, I have never experienced any type of discomfort or pain and whomever is assisting your procedure, always checks in and makes sure you are comfortable and there’s nothing gaging you. My 6 month Teeth cleaning and polishing always results in the same, looking fabulous and walking away with an stress-free pain free experience. But the topper is Dr. Griffin himself. He is the Nate Bargatze of dentistry quick to share a” how you doing” or “what’s been going on” or a little joke mixed in with a Michael Jordan like focus when it comes to the efficiency and care of one’s mouth and teeth.
when you listen to him talk, you know that you’re getting an honest, educated professional opinion, each time.
All this to say, I generally don’t like people so for them to have such a positive experience and effect on me should say a lot to you, the reader and future patient.
I cannot say enough great things about OPAH and Dr. Ted Horner. I travel to White House from Nashville just for veterinarian services. Would give 6 stars if I could. Thankful to be able to trust the staff and doctors with my best boy!
I am terrified of dentists and have been most of my life. Until 2024 I had only used this place as an emergency, need to get a tooth pulled, situation. In 2024, as part of my continued health journey I decided it was time to get over my fears and start getting my mouth fixed. Dr. Foster is very patient with the anxiety and panic attacks I have, his assistant (I'm sorry I already forgot her name) I've had now for several visits is amazing. She, somehow, knows how to help calm down the panic attacks. I cannot say enough good about this place. I wish I had taken oral health seriously when I was younger, but I'm so very thankful for Dr. Foster and his amazing team to work with me through the anxiety to get things fixed now.
I visited my grandmother nearly every night for six years. She moved into White House Healthcare in March 2025, after previously living at Richland Senior Living (under the same ownership). While we hoped the significantly higher monthly cost would mean better care, we were disappointed. Despite having one of the largest rooms in the facility, the $10,000 per month she paid seemed to cover square footage — not quality of care. Incomplete documentation became immediately concerning. My grandmother had suffered mini-strokes and struggled with memory. I noticed her food and fluid intake charts were sometimes left blank. Because she couldn’t recall meals reliably, I began checking records myself. Several times, I found them incomplete, which made me wonder what would have been missed if my brother and I hadn’t visited so regularly or asked so many questions. We also noticed unexplained injuries. Once, she had large, bandaged welts on her arm, but there were no corresponding notes in her chart. Staff didn’t have answers until the next day, when management offered a retroactive explanation — long after the injury occurred. Another time, red blotches appeared on her toes. A nurse eventually said they were from blood clots in both legs, simultaneously. No treatment was started. A week later, they were gone. Odd. Cleanliness and dignity were ongoing concerns. One evening, I asked a tech to help move my grandmother from her recliner to her bed. While doing so, the tech remarked to another, “She smells like she hasn’t been changed all day.” When checked, she had clearly been soiled. How long she’d been left that way, I’ll never know. I also found her red call light on the floor or out of reach more than once. Her table — which held her water — was, at least once, missing entirely. One day I walked in to find her laying in spilled Kool-Aid. I eventually stopped accepting use of a bedpan, instead requesting techs help her to the bedside toilet so I could be sure she got up — and wasn’t left on a bedpan overnight. Medication records raised serious questions. On May 27, I noticed she seemed very lethargic. I asked a nurse about her medications and was told her Buspirone dose had been increased (7.5 to 10, twice a day to 3 times a day) 10 days earlier — with no documentation explaining who ordered the change or why. No one had informed us. That shouldn’t happen anywhere, especially not in a facility charging $10,000 per month. Comfort and safety weren’t reliable either. Once, I left a sign asking staff not to turn off her TV. When I returned the next day, not only was it off, but unplugged — along with her electronic picture frame. She couldn’t operate them on her own, so she had been left in silence, in a dark room. Even the facility-installed camera, intended for safety, was often not recording, unplugged, or turned upwards or facing the wall. To be clear, some staff members — particularly at the assisted living facility — were kind and attentive. But their efforts weren’t enough to make up for patterns of poor documentation, inconsistent attention, and reactive rather than preventative care. For anyone considering either facility: Richland Senior Living and White House Healthcare share ownership. Be aware — In our case, invoices from both facilities continued even while my grandmother was hospitalized, with no adjustment made. My grandmother also paid full rent at Richland even after spending $20,000 of her own money to install a walk-in tub. No rent discount, no thank-you. When her needs increased, she was discharged — even though we offered to pay for additional help. My grandmother never wanted to be a burden. She believed that by paying for care, she’d receive the dignity and comfort she deserved. If she had known what $10,000 a month actually delivered, I believe she would have chosen differently. I know we would have. To anyone reading this: visit often, document everything, and trust your instincts. And to those responsible for this kind of care: I hope you take a long look at the system you’re part of.

This place is truly focused on 100% customer satisfaction. Took my big sleeper Expedite truck in for a failed Magnum inverter, Tyler ran all the necessary tests to discover my unit had a dead short, he explained the various things it could be and possible costs associated with them. I decided to have him take the unit out for further testing due to the fact that if I decided to not repair the unit there would be no cost to me for anything (that's pretty much impossible to find these days).
I received a call within a few days with the diagnosis and repair costs, after a little discussion about how hard my specific unit is to find these days we decided it best to repair the unit. This was done in a very timely manner and then I had them ship the unit to my home. I reinstalled the unit and the inverter side worked flawlessly but within a day I started getting a charger fault. Made a trip back to them where Tyler once again performed the necessary checks in which the unit didn't act up but I decided to have Tyler take the unit back out and replace the charger portion. I got there pretty late in the afternoon but Tyler assured me he could have it fixed and ready to reinstall the next morning. He is a man of his word and not only did he reinstall the unit but he also checked all of my truck wiring to make sure there was no issue there and did all this for just the cost of the part. Best customer service I've experienced in a long time. These people are worth the drive from pretty much anywhere. Thanks again Tyler you were awesome.
I found Dr Foster after my dear dentist (Dr Randall Rose) retired. Being with the same dentist for almost three and a half decades,i felt it would be difficult to match what I had grown accustomed to.Not only has Dr Foster and his staff helped me with ongoing dental maintenance but also performed repair on my fixed retainer. My TMJ doctor passed away a couple of years ago (Dr Clinton Simmons), so I was in need of a high level of expertise. Like any parent, I stressed the whole process of braces for my daughter. I had met with others, but had no doubt once talking with him he was the ortho we were picking. His knowledge is mind-blowing and his laid back nature makes a stressful situation less so.

I saw Ashley for the first time yesterday and had such an awesome experience. She is very knowledgeable and sanitary which is extremely important to me when getting any type of beauty service. She is so sweet and I could talk to her for hours. She made me feel at home as soon as I walked in. Most importantly my nails look amazing. She is the first tech to ever perfect almond shaped nails on me. They are even and the PERFECT length. This company was amazing! They came out gave me a quote and was able to get me on the schedule very quickly after I approved the quote. I had a small job that I just could never find the time to get around to. Their guys showed up in uniform,which impressed me, and got to work. They had it knocked out within a few hours and it looked better than I imagined. I’ve very impressed and very happy with the new look! I believe in giving credit where credit is due and I feel like they deserve credit for this. I can’t say thank you enough, I was able to spend time with the family while these men knocked out something that would have taken me an entire weekend to knock out! I’m very much appreciative!

I've said it before and I'll say it again. Kameron's is by and far the best place in Whitehouse for a gentleman to get a haircut or shave. I don't know how, but he remembers just how I want my hair cut. I sit down, and he goes to work. A few minutes later , perfect.

Since my experience is based on picking up something for one of my grandkids, I can't give a rating in speed of service, quality of service, or price of service. With this in mind:
- the clothing was ready when we arrived
- it was handed to us hanging in a plastic bag
- the staff was friendly
What more can you ask for? In White House, is there an alternative?

This is only the second time I have been to an urgent care, both times were with here, one time was my child and I, they were gracious enough to see us both at the same time! The second time I had to have blood work done and while it up longer than I would have liked, Emily was very sweet and a joy to be around, and the doctor who also came to see me she was very good with communication (I'm sorry I didn't get her name)
