I had an absolute y fantastic experience with Empire! First off, I LOVE that this is a family owned business. My technician, Justin, was so sweet and professional the entire time. I had to get multiple locks rekeyed, and he installed an electronic lock opener I had bought. It was so much quicker than expected and the cost was absolutely reasonable. If I ever need their service again, this is who I’ll be calling

I needed an interior key for my son's bedroom and no stores seemed to carry them! I called Empire and the lady was so nice and told me they had one that I could have. When I came to pick it up there was a super nice man there and who told me if it didn't work to just let them know! It worked and with how nice they were I won't go to anyone else for any other needs we have! Thank you, Empire!
