We called Empire for Lock/door alignment, and I could not have been more impressed. Justin was quick, efficient and so polite. That is the benefit of working with a family owned company! He even took time to look at my back door, and was able to help get that fixed as well. I highly recommend them!
I had an absolute y fantastic experience with Empire! First off, I LOVE that this is a family owned business. My technician, Justin, was so sweet and professional the entire time. I had to get multiple locks rekeyed, and he installed an electronic lock opener I had bought. It was so much quicker than expected and the cost was absolutely reasonable. If I ever need their service again, this is who I’ll be calling
Fantastic, efficient, helpful, and friendly! We found out a lock that we never use was broken. I called Empire Lock and Safe, and Justin was dispatched within a couple of hours. He was friendly and helpful, I also appreciate that he was transparent about the pricing. They are reasonably priced, too!
