Steve very professional and knowledgeable. New set tires for our Jeep Cherokee L and came back couple days later with wife’s VW beetle nail in tire and fixed for free. Will be back when needs tires about 10,000 more miles. Nice to do business where someone remembers you and gives you that extra. Steve at Firestone works on that relationship way of doing business. The folks over at the Firestone in White House, TN. are just awesome. I’ve brought my work truck up there a few times now for various things from oil changes, brakes, tires, etc. and it’s a great experience every time. I highly recommend this particular shop. Thank you

Took it in because my tailpipe was smoking. Diagnosed it as a possible blown head gasket. This is beyond their current capabilities to repair. Didn't charge a dime for the diagnostic. I took a glance at the checkout monitor, they could have charged me $100, but decided to waive it. I'm very appreciative.I think they knew I'm about to have to spend a lot of money on a new engine or car. These guys are legit.
