Larcom Heating & Air provides great customer service with knowledgeable staff. The experience was great, diagnosing problems and giving options, with impressive knowledge and professionalism. A part was replaced within 24 hours, and the furnace was repaired. They responded immediately to an LP gas leak, locating and repairing it within the hour, showing above and beyond customer service. Staff were very helpful throughout the whole process. When a unit crashed on a Saturday, a new unit was purchased Monday and installed the next day, with all questions answered including pros and cons. Highly recommend this company.
