Dishekia is always friendly and courteous when we speak on the phone. She makes sure to call me every fall and spring to schedule my H&A unit. She keeps me updated so I don’t forget and I really appreciate that. BJ serviced and cleaned my heat and air unit and cleaned up after himself. He was very friendly and courteous and emailed the paperwork to me that explained what all was done.
Fast response time and professional service. Our units were inspected the issues were corrected in a timely fashion.
The technician did an excellent job and the contact staff at Johnson were very responsive to our needs. Everyone deserves an A+ rating. Thanks to everyone.
Fabulous service. The tech answered all my questions and was SO polite. Additionally the appointment setter had great customer service. I’ll stay with this company as regular customer.
