L & A Nail Spa is a clean and well-displayed salon with a light and relaxing atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and fun to talk to, creating a peaceful and classy environment. Scheduling an appointment is super easy online, and customers know exactly what they are paying. The technicians are professional and do an excellent job, taking their time to ensure attention to detail. Angel is really nice, prompt with appointments, and always knows what a client wants. Alishia did an amazing job on nails and pedicures, taking time to do exactly what was requested. The salon uses clean equipment. Customers enjoy supporting this women-owned small business and look forward to each appointment. The only feedback noted was that some talk about other clients from other technicians was a little off-putting for a first-time visitor, and hot stones were not available despite being on the booking menu. Overall, clients leave feeling great and looking great.
The spa was very clean and well displayed of their color options. The staff was very friendly and fun to talk with. Scheduling the appointment was super easy online. Angel was very prompt with the appointment meaning it was as long as what was scheduled which made it easy to plan my other errands around it. As a planner, I love that! 10/10 recommend!!
I have been going to Angel for a few months. Angel is really nice and does a great job! She is easy to talk to and can enjoy quiet sessions as well. She is professional and does an excellent job! I enjoy supporting this women owned - small business!
Alishia did such amazing job on my nails and pedicure today. She really took her time and did exactly what I wanted I left it up to her and if I could leave more stars I would. Thank you LA Nails for getting me in today and doing such a wonderful job!!!
