Mike is truly a knowledgeable and honest repair man. I’ve used several big name companies that didn’t treat us right and took advantage, he came over and gave me a free inspection and confirmed my suspicions that the other company just wanted to make money off us by replacing a unit. He is professional, prompt, and explains things well. Needless to say, I will be using home comfort heating and air from now on.
Update: 5 years later and we are still using Home Comfort. Just had them come out yesterday for an emergency situation with hvac. They are honest, fair, and trustworthy. Significantly less than other quotes and still the best customer service.
Mike was honest with the work needing done and very fair with the cost. He understood our needs and delivered exactly what we needed. Will definitely use and recommend him in the future.
