Alex and Elijah were able to respond within hours of my call and were courteous, professional, and most helpful. I thought I would need a replacement for the flusher, but Alex cleaned my existing one and said that was all I needed. Elijah then sucked out all the existing debris in my tank and they also checked my other tank which was old but still working fine. They explained that if and when I chose to purchase a new toilet, they would install it for me. I was extremely happy and appreciate their help. So thankful for this company. After seeing so many others struggle to get plumbers to show up in this county, i was terrified they wouldn't show. They did! Wish I had caught the two guys' names that came out. They were so professional and easy to work with. One was a giant with blond hair and the other had some pretty sick tattoos.
