Alex and Elijah were able to respond within hours of my call and were courteous, professional, and most helpful. I thought I would need a replacement for the flusher, but Alex cleaned my existing one and said that was all I needed. Elijah then sucked out all the existing debris in my tank and they also checked my other tank which was old but still working fine.
