I was in need of some work around my home and had to google to find Edward's number. I have used them several times in the past, but had lost the phone number (new phone on my end and lost contacts). I happened to see the negative review, and was appalled. This is NOT the Alan Yates that roofed my house, installed gutters on my house, roofed my daughters house, and installed a roof and gutters for my father in law. There has to be much more to the story.Alan Yates and the entire Edwards crew have been the EPITOME of CUSTOMER SERVICE and QUALITY. My professional working with them have exceeded 20 years, and never have I heard a bad word from anyone. Nothing but praise....read full review
Our business had a car crash into our store entrance in December. We called Mr. Yates and they were able to get us back open the next day!We appreciate them helping us so quickly!
