I recently moved to Sparta, TN. I found Sparta Flowers and Gifts when I was looking for a LOCAL florist to order some Valentine's Day flowers. The customer service was very friendly and helped me to get exactly what I wanted. It is now TEN days since I had the floral arrangement delivered and it is almost as nice as the first day. I would definitely recommend this shop!

Amazing assortment of flowers, *mind you flowers are not cheap* but their prices and arrangements are fantastic. The workers are friendly, and knowledgeable. But remember again flowers are expensive so don't freak out when you hear a price for an arrangement and you came in with a Beer Budget on a Wine mindset. They also do ribbons etc.. Just ask what all they offer.

I ordered online for a funeral and it saved the wrong date. I tried to call before close that day and before opening the next day but no answer. I will likely have to go there to cancel the order if anyone is there. Not good service.

My husband surprised me with this beautiful fall bouquet from Sparta Flowers and Gifts, they did such a wonderful job! Such vibrant,fresh beautiful array of flowers! Not to mention the case with the clay leaf on it.! Love it!

Our family ordered a pall and 3 sprays for my brother’s funeral. The only request was for some blue flowers and white roses. Otherwise the type of flower wasn’t specific.The 6 hydrangea's had brown blooms on them. One side of the pall was different from the other side. The florist didn’t see the issue with the difference and said the cold caused them to be brown.The sprays were small and were not very pretty. An extended family ordered a spray and it had greenery and wax flowers and about 8 carnations.We were disappointed and embarrassed.When I went in to talk to the florist she said we definitely had our monies worth in flowers. I disagreed.Finally she asked what I wanted her to do. I wanted a refund. She responded that she couldn’t refund flowers because she paid for them. I didn’t point out that we paid for them.She refunded approximately $203 for 3 sprays and the pall. So basically she was saying she had $800 worth of flowers in them. I wouldn’t have thought a $100.I will pay extra delivery charges and order from surrounding counties.
