The aromatherapy scalp massage with Cassidy is amazing! My appointment was a gift. We started on time and it was definitely luxurious! I'm looking forward to my next appointment!
My daughter had an appointment with Kimberly there. We were running late (22 mins). I called ahead to let them know. I walked my daughter in to apologize to Kimberly. I felt terrible for running late and wanted to make sure I was able to apologize. After I apologizing and explaining we had daycare difficulties in Cookeville she completely ignored me. I said I apologized again. She was extremely rude to me. I told her if we needed to reschedule I understood but she was consistently terrible towards me. I’m sure she does amazing work and that is awesome but people skills are a MUST. I was already almost in tears from a stressful morning and this did not help.
