“I am sharing this review on behalf of my Mom. I booked her with this nail salon after speaking with a few in the area. I am a licensed cosmetologist and also own a Salon in Harriman TN so my Mom lives over an hour from me so I was looking for some place in her area. She had a fingernail that had been put on by another nail salon pop off. Her nail bed looked damaged and also appeared to have a fungus on it ( yes I am licensed and trained to know what that looks like, I just don't practice nails under my license) . She had her appointment today with Tips to Toes and they confirmed that yes she did have fungus on that nail bed and also took the rest of them off to discover even more on the other nail beds unfortunately. In case you don't know, fungus usually comes from dirty instruments that aren't properly sanitized and generally unclean work stations. Tips to Toes helped my Mom and was so kind to her and I thoroughly believe they saved her from a very nasty damaging infection of all of her nail beds! They are CLEAN, PROFESSIONAL and CARING! I am so happy I found them to take care of my Mom even though she has to let her nail beds heal and get the fungus gone before she can have nails applied again she will definitely be a long term client for sure! Thank you SO MUCH for taking such good care of her ❤“

“I’ve been here twice now. I’m gonna give them a 4/5 they’re decent as far as the work they do, but if you don’t tell them to put gloves on, they’re gonna work on you with no gloves that is a sanitation issue. Do not let them touch you without gloves because you can get fungus staff, warts, skin conditions, etc.,I don’t trust that I do Question the cleanliness of tools and things being used here but you know I’m still going to come here but I have to remind them to put gloves on before they touch me.“

She even watched a short video I had saved on my phone, so she would know exactly what I wanted!

In the past 10 plus years, I have had so many horrible experiences and literally cried, so I am very leary of getting my hair cut! Also these individuals were highly recommended and charged way to much for a basic hair cut!

She did a fantastic job and styled my very thin hair, so beautifully!
