Best kept secret on 153! Relaxing, spa like atmosphere without the cost of a spa. Unlike most nail salons, employees give the customer their complete attention - no constant back and forth conversations between the nail techs. I drive a hour to come to this location for the atmosphere and excellent pedicures. Kudos to the owner and his excellent techs. FIVE STARS!
Cleanliness: Business is spotless!
Stopped in this week to see about getting dip nails, a pedicure and eyebrow waxing even though I didn’t have an appointment. Alex said it was no problem. I had an amazing experience with all three employees that handled my needs. The pedicure was so relaxing and my feet look great. The much needed eyebrow waxing was done perfectly. And I love my nails! I keep them short for work purposes and Alex was great at working with my own shorter nails. I was very impressed with Alex’s concern with customer satisfaction. He verified with me after each service that I was happy with the results. He cares about his customers being happy. I will definitely be back!
Under new ownership and let me tell you.. this place exceeded ALL of my expectations. First Katy did my pedicure (she is GREAT so nice and friendly and kept me laughing) she was such a joy to be around and gave me the best pedicure! Secondly, Alex did my full set and when I say he exceeded ALL of my wants he did exactly that. I am a VERY picky person and very particular on my shape and he did EXACTLY just that! All around a 10/10 experience and I will DEFINITELY be returning! Thank you Alex and Katy! You guys are the BEST!
