What a joke and certainly laughable! Barry Higgins and his other so called "leaders" reactively put out fires rather than proactively develop longer term solutions for their employees. Clearly, leadership development is needed and Barry does not look for the root cause of poor employee performance so instead of providing effective performance feedback and training he terminates you with no explanation.
