Great price, great ventless fireplace inserts, installers do a good job. A log had gotten broke and they sent away and got the part. I recommend, even if you go out of your way to use them. We got two installed the same day and we love them. The installers sat down before installing and explained everything details about the fireplace inserts and the installation. Answered every question we had politely. Love, love, the fireplace, no clean up, easy start, I just can't say enough about everything.

New management has turned our opinion of this company around. Their product line remains high quality, but now the installation, service and customer care is much improved. The owner has gone out of his way to fix a few minor, but annoying issues leftover from our installation under the former owner. Highly recommend this business.

These are the best people. Dave is super awesome! They are all very helpful. I appreciate their transparency and kindness so much. I highly recommend them for your needs. Just remember during fall and winter they get pretty busy and can take a little longer time, but that is normal. I never had to complain about wait time even during the winter months. Again, they are a great bunch! Super happy.
