Called them this morning to fix a slow-draining sink that we couldn't fix ourselves. They squeezed us into their schedule, came by within 2 hours and fixed it quick. Fair prices too! 100% recommend

We loved working with Phillips guys, especially Paul, with Choo Choo Rooter. We bought our home last summer and the septic tank had not been pumped for 21 + years. They came out after a septic company was unable to locate our septic tank to be able to pump it. They found the general area with a cool machine (usually it is a more accurate location but in our case, it is partially under the deck). They quoted what it would be to take up part of the deck but continued to search just in case it was not fully under the deck. Very highly recommend these guys. They came the same day i called. Actually within an hour. Very nice and very knowledgeable. Recognized the problem with my septic system right off. Did the job quickly and professionally for an exceptional price. They really are very honest hardworking guys and they are my go to plumbers for sure should I need one.
