Travis spends the time, doesn't watch the clock, wants you to be most happy and offers advice that is sound and uncorrupted. 10/10, no brainer.

We had a heckuva mess with a ton of trees and earth that was all torn up and needed to be addressed. He's fellas were out first thing in the morning prompt, smiling, and ready for action. My property has never looked better. These guys are definitely a shoo in if you want a good job got done. Not to mention that the head guy is pretty sexy even for almost 80.

We highly recommend using Abbey Reitzel for your home purchasing needs. She did a great job of guiding us through the process, and was always available when we needed her. We just closed last Friday and Abbey was there with our keys and a house warming gift to congratulate us!
My experience with Sam and his team was great! I waited through over two months of no show appointments for another technician to replace an old mini split. After giving up on the technician I had the agreement with, I contacted Sam and he was able to give me a quick quote at a fair price and scheduled the install a few days out.
He showed up exactly when he said he would, and did a great job installing my new unit. Even after running into an issue that required an extra trip down the mountain, he stuck with the agreed on price. No upsells! It was evident that Sam is a good honest dude who is well trained and takes pride in his job. That is hard to find these days!

Bob's Tree Service brings a wealth of experience to every job. Bob doesn't cut corners, he'll tell you like it is, is honest and his price is always fair. This is a local small business serving Signal Mtn for decades, this is the guy you'd hope drives up on a blocked road after a storm. He doesn't hesitate to start cutting trees out of roadways because he cares about his community, you're not going to find a better tree service or a better human period!
Good “home” gym, some concerns though not terrible. Excellent machines without too much of the “easy peasy” types found in other facilities these days. You’ll get a good lift here, and the cardio equipment is diverse, therefore satisfying different needs. Sauna was tricky, but hopefully after new maintenance, it will run well. Disappointed in the discontinuation of the steam room, but am looking forward to any other valuable (future) additions to the gym. Also, the mindfulness of what type of programming left unattended (the TV) should be noted. Stick to fitness related and sports media.
