We came up to Signal Mountain for spring break to visit for a week. We found Signal Mountain Athletic Club and really enjoyed the facilities. The gym has plenty of modern equipment with a wide variety of different types. The atmosphere is very friendly with all members putting their weights away and not filming themselves. The staff keeps the facility very clean and the music is good. The prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend using this gym if you are in the area.
Good “home” gym, some concerns though not terrible. Excellent machines without too much of the “easy peasy” types found in other facilities these days. You’ll get a good lift here, and the cardio equipment is diverse, therefore satisfying different needs. Sauna was tricky, but hopefully after new maintenance, it will run well. Disappointed in the discontinuation of the steam room, but am looking forward to any other valuable (future) additions to the gym. Also, the mindfulness of what type of programming left unattended (the TV) should be noted. Stick to fitness related and sports media.
This is a beautiful part of the country.That Weathers great, it's war.Is it nice and you could sound good and the wind makes it better.There's a lot of bikes.And it's just a beautiful piece of part of the country and it's that I like it I mean I don't understand where but it is beautiful and the people are done
