University After Hours Clinic

We went there Friday 04/10/26 at 6:15 pm. The girl up front was great, caring and very organized. The NP we had was very informative and cared very much. The medical assistant that was working was very rude, had an attitude, seemed like she did not want to be there. We were not able to get an xray on Friday because the department closed. We were not able to get the xray done for my son's right arm at the hospital because the outpatient xray was closed.So my wife decided to go to take my son to the urgent care to get the xray done. My wisdom tooth was badly infected and I needed antibiotics. I was the only one there and got in and out in 40 minutes with them helping me find my insurance card online. Plus they recommended a local dentist. Now I was in and out but totally NOT rushed .. I'll be happier when this infection goes down but thanks to them I had my meds by 4:30 pm

Stopped in here tonight for my husband. First went to LeConte ER and the wait was ridiculous. We walked right in, checked in immediately, saw the nurse and nurse practitioner within minutes of getting in and discharged quickly. Even though it was a fast visit, we were given the time to be looked at, talk and felt very comfortable with everyone. Highly recommend coming here!
