My fur baby dog Bella Sue recently stayed at your resort for 9 nights whenever we went out of state for vacation. I just adopted her the end of November 2024 and was very nervous leaving her as I didn't want her thinking I was abandoning her. Whenever I picked her up, I could tell she was very well taken care of and enjoyed her stay. You can tell a lot from an animal's reaction and I could tell she was comfy in your facility. Every since she's been home, she is a lot more playful which tells me she had LOTS of play time while staying there. Thank you Smoky Mtn Pet Resort for taking care of my fur baby! :)

They care! We were traveling with our older dog who has separation anxiety. We used them for day boarding while we were at activities where dogs weren't allowed. I was really nervous but as soon as Jen met George I was immediately put to ease. I could tell she cared. I did not worry about George while we were away for the day. I interacted with several other team members and felt they all were very much engaged in what they were doing. They made sure to check our vaccination records before allowing us to board and I felt really good with that process knowing my dog would be in a safe environment.

Our family spent a week in Sevierville and our resort didn’t allow pets. I contacted Jen and she responded with haste and answered every question without failure. She was personable, professional and showed great care for our baby Neko. On the day of arrival our fur baby had an accident on his first 8hr car ride and we had to take an hr detour. We barely made it there on time and Jen and the other staff were very accommodating. They sent pics and responded to our fur hovering. We will def utilize their services again and share with friends.
