The business is owned by a Master Certified Medium-Duty and Heavy-Duty Technician and staffed with ASE-certified technicians, offering quality workmanship at fair prices. This very trustworthy group of guys works hard and always tells you like it is. They are all about the truth and doing solid work. They are friendly and will go the extra mile to treat you right, even coming in on an off day to help. If you have a diesel problem, Twisted Steel garage is the place to be.
Being a roadside assistance company in the busy Smoky Mountain area can get real busy. I'm grateful that no matter the hour or day, I can count on Shannon's Twisted Steel Garage for about anything.
