They should use this ford service department as the top of the mountain. We were traveling and had an issue with our 2019 fusion. We called ahead they were ready for us. Got our car fixed and back on the road. Fantastic service experience.

Thanks to Otto and the great team at Rocky top our quick get a way to dollywood wasn't as bad as it could have been. On arriving in severville the service engine light came on, turned out to be a turbo wastegate actuator valve failure. The service team got the part in the next morning, fixed the truck and had us on the road that day. Thank you so much Rockytop.
