“We were out of town and in a very unfamiliar area when our very newborn baby suddenly needed urgent medical attention. As any new parent can imagine, it was an incredibly stressful situation, but the team at Dolly Parton Urgent Care welcomed us with wide open arms and immediately made us feel like we were in good hands.
Ms. Donna Davis truly set the experience apart. She was absolutely amazing from the moment we arrived. She was kind, compassionate, professional, and made the check-in process feel so much easier during an otherwise frightening situation. She was also training a new team member while assisting us, and he was very pleasant and seemed like he will be a wonderful addition to the team.
I do want to mention that the overall atmosphere at the check-in counter could have been better. There seemed to be some tension and negativity between some of the staff members, which was noticeable while we were there. In such a stressful environment, especially when families are bringing in sick or vulnerable children, a more positive and supportive atmosphere among the staff would make a big difference.
That said, Donna’s kindness and professionalism really stood out and made a stressful experience much easier for our family. We are incredibly grateful for the way we were welcomed and cared for while being so far from home. Thank you, Donna, and the medical team for taking care of our little one when we needed it most. ❤”
