Dolly Parton Children's Hospital Urgent Care - Sevier

We were out of town and in a very unfamiliar area when our very newborn baby suddenly needed urgent medical attention. As any new parent can imagine, it was an incredibly stressful situation, but the team at Dolly Parton Urgent Care welcomed us with wide open arms and immediately made us feel like we were in good hands.

This place is wonderful. We took our toddler there for a suspected ear infection while on vacation. The reception area and waiting room are spacious and clean. Plenty of seating. We were promptly taken to the back after a short time at reception checking in. Heather and Angelica, along with the entire staff, were welcoming and very helpful. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes and got medication called into the nearest pharmacy. Thank you again for all the care and assistance! Wish we had this closer to home.

We have been to this facility three times now in 2 1/2 years and have never received anything less than excellent service. We’ve had the same nurse every time and she has always been so great with our daughter.
