Great experience with ETCH urgent care when out kiddo developed an ear infection while in Sevierville! We were in & out quickly, but our concerns were addressed & we were listened to! All the staff & NP Jenn W were courteous & friendly!

Such an easy and great experience! We were visiting from out of town on vacation and our last day, my 1-year-old became sick with an ear infection. We were in and out so quickly - and the staff was so sweet!

While on vacation my 2 month old son started to get sick. As a first time mom I was extremely scared. I didn’t know what to do, so I started googling places and this place showed up. We were welcomed in and was treated like pure gold. They made me feel so much better and a lot less stressed. Our primary provider was Kisandra Rickard.
