We have been going to Pampered pooch for a few years now they’re always prompt. They do a great job. I highly recommend them. The place is always very clean and Ashley and company are always very friendly. :)

I got my 5 yr old baby (cat) Harmony groomed here 9/20/25 and the service was absolutely AMAZING! I have called all over Sevierville looking for a cat groomer and either nobody does them, or they charge an arm and a leg and half ur toes on the other. She was also very informative as to why I could not do certain cuts on my cat. Her prices are great as well (although I feel bad forgetting to leave a tip cuz I got to excited over the clothes I bought in the waiting room) she will be seeing us every six weeks as she suggested. GET YOUR FUR BABIES GROOMED HERE, they are PURRRFECT!!!

We have been going to Pampered Pooches for over eight years......when we first went, our little dog was very nervous. It took both me and my husband to hold her to have her nails trimmed....over the years, with Ashley's calm and compassionate nature, I can take her by myself, and she doesn't even flinch! Both Ashley and her husband are very kind people, and you can tell they love and respect the dogs!!
