Gracie Mayfield was our agent on an out of state investment deal. We did not see the place but entrusted Gracie to be our eyes and ears and she did a great job. She communicated all the issues from the inspection and fought for us on repairs. It was quite the process to get this one through but she was there every step of the way to help out. Would definitely recommend Gracie to anyone looking in the Smoky Mountain area!
