I can’t say enough good things about King Water Purification. The first time I called, I already had an older softener and I was just exploring additional purification options. They never tried to scare me into upgrades or sell me things I didn’t ask for. They gave helpful info, but kept the focus on my needs and didn’t recommend anything until they tested my water and could base it on real results.

King Pure has serviced our cabin in Sevierville for 6 years now. When we bought our cabin, our water was brown tinged, smelled like sulphur and the toilets and sinks were stained. Since we've been with King Pure we haven't had any issues! They installed our system and service it for us. I highly recommend them!
