King Pure has serviced our cabin in Sevierville for 6 years now. When we bought our cabin, our water was brown tinged, smelled like sulphur and the toilets and sinks were stained. Since we've been with King Pure we haven't had any issues! They installed our system and service it for us. I highly recommend them!

King Pure Water has been servicing my water system at my cabin for years. They always do a great job at a fair price, but last week their technician JD went above and beyond to help me with an unrelated maintenance issue just to be considerate and helpful. This issue could have caused serious damage if he had not intervened. A+ customer service, which is hard to find.

We had a reverse osmosis system installed this morning by Cannon and JD. They were very friendly and got the job done quickly. I would highly recommend this service if you are purchasing 5 gallon jugs of water and tired of the hassle.
